Ashlee is a personal fitness trainer based in and around Reading, PA. She's passionate about guiding you toward reaching and exceeding your personal fitness goals. Ash specializes in small group training and larger "boot camp" group training. If you need more focus than a class setting allows, she also offers personal training. Ash is emphatic that "your goals become my goals so together WE have goals."

01 — You have specific goals.

You want to be able to do five pull-ups. You want to run a sub-6 minute mile. You want to maintain strong triceps so you don’t get “flab” as you age. Whatever the goal, Ashlee has the knowledge to help you get there (and even surpass your goal).

02 — You need some extra motivation.

Let’s face it, it’s not that easy to get to the gym after (or before) a long day of work when you are the only one keeping yourself accountable. With Ashlee, not only do you have a coach to cheer you on and keep you accountable, but you have the option to take part in group workouts with fellow goal-smashers that will for sure brighten your day.

03 — You don’t know where to begin.

That’s what Ashlee is for! She won’t overwhelm you as you get started, but before you know it, you’ll be teaching your friends/spouse/kids the fun exercise moves you learned from your personal trainer!

04 — You want to fine-tune your athleticism.

You’re already a kick-a** athlete and you want to level up. Well, my friend, Ashlee herself is a freaking incredible athlete and understands where you’re at. But unlike you, she knows how to work specific muscle groups to give you that level up you need to smash that PR.

 

Even in group classes, Ashlee gives one-on-one attention & guidance.

The first step is, well, taking the first step! Once you decide to hire me, then the fun can begin.

 

2. Consultation

You’ll have a free consultation to talk about you and your goals so I can tailor a training plan specific to your body, your needs & your dreams.

This is the fun that was mentioned in step one! No joke there — I really do make exercising fun, hence my hashtag #fitnessmadefun.
